How do you activate membership code within Quicken Premier 2017? Instructions below don't work

Renew/change membership
Launch Quicken on your Windows or Mac computer.
Select ‘Help’ and from the menu select ‘Enter Activation Code’ … to continue.
Enter your 16-digit one-time-use activation code seen on your activation card.

    Q2017 is not a subscription version. There is no activation code to enter. If you are referring to the latest Quicken Subscription version, you need to enter the code at quicken.com after you've installed the newest version.
