I can't seem to hide/not include an account under the Investment tab

I can't seem to hide/not include an account under the Investment tab after selecting all the options. But it works for the account list under investing on the left - it is not shown or included in the totals. I have gotten other accounts to hide (that were not zero balance), so I don't know why I can't hide this particular account from the investment display? Thought maybe this was a bug in 2017, but the same happens in my 2020 version. What particular attribute is preventing this?

I assume you are referring to the Portfolio view on the Investing tab. Let me know if I am mistaken about this.

If I am correct, at the top right of the Portfolio screen:

Options > Customize current view > Accounts tab > scroll down the list to find the account you don't want in the view and uncheck it > OK
