'You've already added a biller' when trying to setup a new biller

Quicken Windows 2017 Member ✭✭
When I try to set up an online biller for an my Fidelity Rewards Visa I get this error: 'You've already added a biller' when trying to setup the new biller. I had this biller set up when I had Quicken 2017, but it disappeared when I went to the subscription model software. There is no Fidelity credit card currently in my list of billers.

If the account is not listed, you will need to Contact Support directly for a review of the online biller profile to determine the cause of the issue.Quicken Care has the tools to review and research this issue further.
