Transactions not downloading

    I have been having the same issue on a MAC. I have cleared transactions but they do not download. The work around I have discovered is to go to account settings and update account name and password. After doing this each time the cleared transactions download.

    I would start by following the steps outlined here.

     This article does list this as a fix for 101/103 errors, these steps will often work to correct what you are experiencing.
