Deactivate/Activate/Reconciled transactions download

Sometimes as a Quicken user, I need to deactivate my online access for various bank accounts and then reactivate them in order for transactions to download correctly. Once reactivated, transactions will download for the past several days/months and I have to delete them one at a time, because they have already been reconciled within the account register. Is there a way to delete multiple transactions at one time? If not, can you create a way to do this?
