Quicken-2020 (Windows) Update 26.15 Fails to Install

Does anyone know how to install Q-2020 Update 26.15. Although I have tried repeated times it always fails to install. Has anyone had any luck on this? If so, what is the trick?

Current: Quicken-2020
Release: 25.21; Build: 27.1.25.21

Repeated Failure to Update to R26.15
Failure Message: Update Failed to Install

Detail: The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w2964\base\BsSndRpt.exe' because it is being used by another process.

Several others have reported this same issue. Try closing Quicken and downloading and installing the Mondo Patch (https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/20087977#Comment_20087977).

Skip a step and it won't work!

Several others have reported this same issue. Try closing Quicken and downloading and installing the Mondo Patch (https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/20087977#Comment_20087977).

I applied the Mondo Patch, as you suggested, and Quicken-2020 R26.17 was installed with no problem. This resolves the problem. Thank you for the help.

That is the same result I've seen from others who have reported this R26.15 update issue. I don't know what is causing that problem but the Mondo Patch update to R26.17 seems to fix it.
