Asset Allocation

I hold several seller financed mortgages.
I have listed them under Property & Debt - individually and define them as Asset.
They do not show up on my Asset Allocation graph.

What do I need to do have them included on my Asset Allocation graph?

How do you have them recorded in Q?  What type of account(s)?
And, what Q product are you running and what build of that product?  Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.  AND, if it's there, what's your "Valid Thru" date?

Check the options for that graph to make sure that those accounts are included.
BTW, where in MO are you?  I grew up in the STL suburbs ... but I haven't lived there since 1969.

  • Only accounts that show up are: Investing
The Property & Debt do not show up!

    John Burroughs.
I lived in Kirkwood from age 4 thru 7th grade, and then moved to Oakland.  My family moved to Italy after I graduated from JBS, and then VERY briefly back to Oakland before moving to Washington DC.
I was in DC for 7 years then SF for 13 years and I now live in Nashville.
Let me look again into your issue.
