Losing 10 years history, can't log in 2015 Deluxe, can't upgrade outside NA

Hello to all, I use Quicken for more than 10 years now. I bought several editions from Amazon. I'm outside North America and can't buy new editions. The last edition I have is the 2015 Deluxe which is no longer supported. The patch I used last time to fix the Intuit login screen is no longer available also. I had to format my PC and now I can't login into the application, I can't export the data, I can't convert, I can't buy new editions, nothing. I'm losing all the history of payments, investments, etc. from the last 10 years. Please advise! I can't see any solution to this mess!
