Quicken Connect isn't working for Bank of America

I keep trying to setup my Bank of America checking account using Quicken Connect, but I keep getting the error message below. Does anybody know how to fix this? Is this a bug in Quicken?

Same problem here - May 18th. Called BofA and they said it was Quicken. Called Quicken, sent log files, and they said try again in a few days. What's going on here?
