Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

If you haven't done so already, I would first start by saving a backup.

I would then delete the transaction and then deactivate and reactivate the account, using the steps available here and see if this corrects the issue.

If you are experiencing an issue with a buy to cover type transaction, I would take a moment to review a previous discussion available here and see if this is possibly what you experiencing.

I'm finding the exact same problem - it doesn't not happen for most of my accounts/transactions. There are 2 transactions it is downloading over and over again. Each time I press the Update button, the same transaction is added over and over again.

The transactions that repeatedly downloaded for me are stock option sales. "Buy to Cover" is entered by Quicken for a stock option sale, and it is downloaded Again every time I update my accounts. Two different brokerages, same issue. I saw this problem in multiple threads over multiple years. I'm up to date with Q for Mac software. Any advice? Related to Mark's issue above? Thank you.
