Unable to change investment account transactions

I'm trying to change transactions that were downloaded from online updates. Trying to change REMOVE SHARES to TRANSFER SHARES. Pop-up window allows me to change, but when I press SAVE, nothing is saved.

    Thank you for taking to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

    If you are still experiencing this trouble with editing the transaction, as a test can you remove the downloaded transaction and create a transfer shares transaction manually.

    Please let me know how it goes!
