Why does the paycheck work when entered, but then if you go back into it later, it shows all zeros? I thought my Quicken file was faulty, so I started a whole new file (which is a major pain). It is happening still in the new file!!!! Not happy....

You may be able to view the paycheck transactions as a split: press Ctrl + Shift + S
Are you synchronizing any accounts with the Quicken Cloud?

Thank you for responding. I can see the split, but when you open the paycheck, all the categories are zero. I just read other posts and someone said to turn off the Quicken cloud, so I just did. Thank you!0
