Restore and Syncing Process

I may have to restore a backup dated 05/27/20. I know I had some entries since this date then that may have been synced to cloud.
1. How can I lookup that last date the data was synced in the quicken cloud?
2. If I have add'l entries that I synced to the cloud from original file, will those or can I get those entries into my restored quicken file?

- Edit -> Preferences -> Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts, "Last Sync:"
- Quicken cloud isn't a backup, it is a partial copy of your Quicken Desktop data file. It can't be used to retrieve the missing transactions after restoring from a backup. Note that given that this quite recent if the transactions were downloaded before they should download again.
