How to change a line of credit to a mortgage?

  I used direct connect to set up a new mortgage account and it set it up as a credit line. How can I move it to Property?

  I suggest you set the account intent to Liability: open the account, press Ctrl + Shift + E, select the Display Options tab, select Liability from the Account intent pull-down menu and OK
