Chat Support Canada is not Working

Quicken Canada Help Chat Line is not working. Whenever I go to Chat with Support; it freezes when I click on Quicken Mac. When I try Windows, it advances one window before it freezes. I can't even get on a six minute waiting list to discuss my issue. Anyone have alternative solution? My issue isn't covered by the automated responses.

From what I see there is only one support page for all the versions of Quicken.
If you are clicking on the support buttons and nothing is coming up make sure your browser allows pop up windows for that site/page.
