Reconciling Bank Accounts

I was able to restore a Quicken for Windows into my MacBook Pro. While the totals and transactions are visible from Jan 1 2020, when I tried to reconcile the checking account, all that shows is the last downloaded bank total. How can I reconcile the accounts?

I have a few questions to help me understand what could be happening.
First, are you using the Windows or Mac software? By restoring Windows do you mean that you previously used Windows and moved the file over and are now using the Mac product?
Is the account that you are trying to reconcile set up to downloading transactions automatically or do you enter the transactions by hand?The more information you can provide will help the Community to better understand and assist.
