    Hi Robert, have you checked (Validated ) your file on File Operations menu? That is the first place to start as there is no logical reason it would be blank.

    Hi YingDave, thanks for the response. I have run validation, but it did not correct problem. I worked around issue using a plain old income reminder.

    Usually when "display problems" like these come up it tends to be related to "window scaling".  As in say you are on a high resolution screen and are using a Windows scaling of more than 100%.

    Thanks for your response. Changed the scaling from windows recommended 125% to 100%. Did not correct issue.
