Bill Manager Online Payments

Currently with Quicken Bill Pay if I am traveling I can pay bills through Quicken Bill Pay web. But with Quicken’s new bill manager there seems to be no way to pay bills from the web nor from the mobile app?

At this time Quicken Bill Manage is available only through the desktop product.
