New Bill Manager Payment Limits

I have not been able to use Quick Pay for amounts well in excess of $20,000.
I have been successful at $9,999.99.

To confirm, is $9,999.99 the dollar limit, similar to the previous Bill Pay? Can this be modified?

    I assume that any payment limits are set by the individual biller since Quicken uses the biller's payment system to make the payment.  It wouldn't make any difference to Quicken since they just give the biller your bank account information and and initiate the payment.
