    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I was double checking on your account to see if you were having file password or quicken website issues and it looks like it's a website one. I do recommend contacting Quicken Support via chat or phone since it looks like that password is the main issue. They'll be able to help guide you through resetting the password so you're able to use the program like you previously had.

    Once you get a chance after contacting support let us know how it goes!
