Need to remove biller

Options
In trying to get up to speed on the new bill paying service, I added TruGreen as a biller. The message was "biller successfully added" -- but subsequently the bill fails to update. The message is "403 Forbidden
Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2" -- so there seems to be a problem between TruGreen and Microsoft. How do I get rid of the TruGreen biller in the meantime??

Bills & Income tab, Bills.  Use Gear, Manage Online Billers, Remove Some have reported it doesn't always work but I've used it a few times, sucessfully.

Thanks jrfaris.. Worked like a champ. That of course doesn't solve the problem of the incompatability between Microsoft and the biller.. but that's another issue.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them review this biller, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

    Quicken Support:

    • To contact Quicken Support, please use this link only:
https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support  and select Chat or Phone support.
Phone support is only available during posted business hours. The phone number can be found at this website.
