How to select the premium package for online and check payments?

Since I already pay the $9.95 or the $12.04 per month for Bill Pay, and my email tells me that I can get 15 electronic and 15 check payments why does the Payment Accounts for Quicken Bill Manager show just 12 Quick Pay and 3 Check Pay after the initial setup?

    If you are not seeing the appropriate amount of Quick and Check Pay payments, I recommend contacting Quicken Support for assistance with ensuring the correct plan is applied to your subscription.

    Regrettably, the Contact page does not load a phone number or a chat screen for me to be able to contact support. The screen clearly indicates that support is provided with the Premier level of software. Please provide contact instructions via email or other means.
