Not All Bank Transactions are Downloading with Latest Update

Not sure what you did, but ever since the latest Quicken update last week, several bank transactions (cleared on my bank's website) are not downloading. This was not a problem prior to this last update.

Windows, Quicken version R28.10 build 27.1.28.10

    Of the 4 transactions cleared by the bank, only 1 -- the most recent -- downloaded. Of the 3 transactions that did not download, 2 were cleared the same day as the successfully downloaded transaction and 1 was from the previous day.  Had a similar problem downloading transactions several days ago.
