How to get support on quicken bill manager

I tried to send two paper checks and they never showed up. One was my daughters tuition so she lost her classes at college. My mortgage quick pay to TIAA errored out and I missed it so had late fee. Comcast bill errored out on day it was due. This product is pretty bad and I am having trouble getting a support person to tell me why 20% of my payment attempts fail. Otherwise I am going to have to drop using quicken.
