Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report your issue, although I apologize that you are experiencing this trouble.
I have taken the liberty of reviewing the online biller profile and I show that the bill is successfully syncing, however, there has not been a PDF document in quite some time.
I have gone ahead and reported this issue, please allow 72 hours before attempting to update the bill again, and please let me know if the PDF is still misssing.
