New Update, can't get into Quicken. No password required previously? Website Password doesn't work

I haven't logged onto Quicken in a month. Tried to open now and get a blank screen asking for a password. I never had a password, so I tried the website one. It didn't work. Now I'm completely locked out of my account, no menu to try anything. How the heck can I get it back. I understand an update, which I try never to do, is requiring this, but now I have nothing. Oh, the sign-in window asks what was the last charge you made at a particular store. How the heck should I know? There was another similar question. I don't keep receipts.
