Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I was taking a look and the information in the other thread is correct with what the bank has for sign in information. The link for that can be found down below.

One thing I might recommend as well would would be to contacting the FI to see if they're able to guide you with setting up your accounts. Either way let us know a bit more info when you get the chance!
