How do I remove closed accounts from my portfolio list?

I have several closed accounts that continue to appear on the Portfolio List. How do I remove them?

    Open the Portfolio view, select Customize, the Accounts tab, check Show (hidden accounts), uncheck the accounts you do not want to include in the view, and select OK.

    You cannot due to the transaction history in the accounts. The best method to "suppress" their display is to rename them so they appear at the end of the list. I use the x. as a prename identifier in the format x.IBM, but you can use whatever works best for you.
