Can't Update, says I'm not the Administrator
R29.16 but been having this problem for many months

Try downloading the patch installer from here:
Update and Mondo Patch: Subscription Release of Quicken for Windows
And right click on the install file and select Run As Administrator.
If that doesn't work try creating a new administrator account in Windows, and use it to install the Quicken patch.Signature:

You might check your Windows User attributes ----> Windows button --> Settings/gear --> Accounts --> Your InfoDoes it say "Administrator" ?If not... then you will get prompted to enter the Admin password
for any Windows changes.... like installing programs -1
