Online Banking Issues Section

Is there a reason only some of the known online banking issues show up in the online banking issues section. For example, State Farm and Xfinity are well known issues that are not show here.

    Perhaps it is because the State Farm and Xfinity issues are not online banking issues.  These Online Biller issues do show up in Alerts & Known Product Issues.
