How do I reinstall a program file that was deleted - "AccompanistCoaching.exe"

I deleted what I thought was an "infected" file flagged by antiviral program. The file is in the Common Files folder, "AccompanistCoaching.exe". Unfortunately Quicken will no longer open and attempting to download the program is unsuccessful. The following error message: the application was unable to start correctly.

In that case it seems like the next step is to uninstall/reinstall Quicken. The program is completely separate from the data so that should put you back in business.

Since you're using Windows, can you go over to the Recycle Bin and restore it?

Unfortunately, since it was removed by BitDefender the file was not sent to the Recycle Bin0

Hi Tom, Just received a fix from BitDefender and the problem was resolved by deleting the other antiviral program on my computer(AVG)0
