Why are reinvestment income transactions in both QMac and QMac Beta NOT reflected in Budget.

I have asked this in the past in bug reports.  QMac reinvestment income transactions are not appearing in budgets. Investment income transactions with subsequent buy transactions to reflect the reinvestment are shown in budgets.  There is no difference between these 2 types of transactions.  They are simply alternate ways to reflect the same activity.
