Net worth is much lower in future

In looking at my net worth report. I have the future projections. I have a 1/31/21 amount of $50,000 vs $44,000 on 2/28/2021 for one account. Others are fine. I have validated that I select all securities. What is problem?

    I'm not sure what you mean by "future projections", but go to the account and click on Holdings. Set the As of date to 2/28/21 to see which security(s) are out of line. You may have an incorrect future-dated share price.

    Or there may be a Placeholder in the account that is affecting the share balance. Make sure Placeholders are visible by going to Edit > Preferences > Investing transactions and checking Show hidden transactions.
