How do I change account number so it syncs with my financial institution?

They changed account numbers but I don't want to loose years of records

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
Quicken does not offer the ability to manually enter an account number to connect. Instead, you will need to deactivate and reactivate the account and select the new account to link to your account in Quicken.
