Export/Import Renaming Rules, Tags and Categories

Does anyone know if it is possible to export Renaming Rules, Categories and Tags from one Quicken file to import them to another. I decided abandon my original Quicken file (that had it's roots over 20 years ago) and start a new clean file in celebration of the new decade. I have all my accounts established, but would like to import the old tags, rules, and categories into the new file. Is there a way? I'd appreciate any enlightenment.

    Renaming rule can't be exported, but categories/tags can.  Export/import them using the QIF format.  Note that "Category list" includes tags.

    P.S. you can get the memorized payees the same way.
