    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. We'll need some more details here. How long have you been experiencing this issue? Is the program installed or does it give you this message while trying to install it. Did you have Quicken previously installed? Do you know what model of computer you're using? Are you running windows 10? Given this isn't a Quicken specific error we'll need these other details to figure out what exactly is happening. Once you get the chance let us know some more details and we'll see what we can find.
