Detail transactions are not downloading

I am a long term user, just updated to version R30.14 2 days ago. The update process is not downloading the detail transactions for any account. I get the flag adjacent to the account name indicating there are new transactions but no detail transactions are downloaded and available to categorize into any account. This is for 11 of my accounts (Downloaded transactions 0).
