Capital One 360 Never Updates

Jan 2021. Capital One 360 NEVER UPDATES. Added some 6 times trying many different Capital One selections. I can only add, remove, and add again to get updates. This is a Checking Account. Please help.0

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.
If this is a banking account, you will want to use the Capital One Bank-New option. If you have already tried this option and do not receive an error or downloaded transactions I would next recommend creating a test file.
To do this, please go to File > New Quicken File... and add the account using the Capital One Bank -New option, this will help determine if the issue is related to the file or the financial institution.
