Can not download from PNC -- Jan 21, 2021

This morning I am trying to download yesterday's posted transaction from PNC Bank. I enter my password, hit the update button and get a message to enter my password. I enter it and try again and keep getting the same message. There is NO error message number.... just says Enter your password for PNC Bank Direct Connect.
Any ideas or is it an issue with PNC Bank?

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.
If you have not done so already, I would start by performing a deactivate and reactivate of the account and see if this corrects the issue.
Please let us know if you receive any error messages or if this corrects the issue.
