Downloading credit card transactions

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I'm getting the following error when I try to download credit card transactions "There are Quicken components currently open and not not be uninstalled. Please close Quicken and try uninstalling again". I've been downloading transactions without issue until this came up. I rebooted computer several times. No change
