Not downloading Charles Schwab accounts

Hi,

I was trying to connect Quicken to Charles Schwab banking. I have 3 accounts opened there. However, only the brokerage account was downloaded successfully, the other 2 accounts were not showing up at all and there was no error message. Accounts that were not synced are Equity Awards account and a personal checking account.

How can I have all three accounts showing up in Quicken Windows?
