Can't see transaction register when I click on "View Payment Details" on a auto loan.

I can see a transaction register when I click on "View Payment Details" on all my loan accounts EXCEPT an auto loan account?

    When you decide to download a loan account they remove access to the register because the information is supposed to come only from the financial institution.

    If you want to look at the register or do any kind of manipulations you'll have to change it to a manual entry account.

    Thank you for the quick response Chris. That makes sense since I tried to have it download transactions when I set it up before learning that credit union didn't support Quicken downloads. How do I convert it to a manual entry account?
