I am not able to update my portfolio. Update report says completed yet, individual stocks do not reflect latest stock quotes. Latest price history is from 1/8/2021 about 5:00pm EDT. :/ :s

Assuming you have checked Download Quotes and Investments on the One Step Update Settings window and the securities are checked for Download Quotes with the correct Symbol on the Security List window, I suggest you attempt to repair the investing price history: select File > File Operations > Validate and Repair...
Always save a Backup before making any significant changes to a Quicken file: press Ctrl + B
If the issue persists, I suggest you restore a backup of the Quicken file saved prior to the date of the last successful update.1 -
Thanks for the info. I have discovered via Quicken phone support that my file was corrupt and had to go back to a file several weeks old. I usually backup every two sessions but do Investments once per month. Now I have to re-enter everything from 1/1/21.0
