Not updating to most current release

Is Windows Quicken R30.19 already the most current version? I checked my version, and it is R30.19

    There was a rollout of R31.xx - but it has had several problems - so it is paused...
    If you do ... Help --> Check For Updates
    you should see what is the most recent generally avail version for you.
    Mine is R30.21 -

    QWin - R54.16 - Win10
