Which version of Quicken Home & Business can I get which doesn't require subscription

I do not have Quicken yet Member ✭✭

I'm using Quicken HB 2011 and am thinking it's time to upgrade. I don't do on line banking, only use this off line. I have no problems with Windows 10 and 2011 HB but would like to upgrade to the newest version that doesn't require a subscription. I know it's not available from Intuit and isn't supported, and that's OK. Any suggestions for which version would be best?

    The last US Quicken that was not subscription was 2017.
    It will require registration to a Quicken Id but that does not cost anything more.
