UBS Financial Services, Inc unable to down load transactions into Quicken

UBS will only download activity in either XLS or CSV format. How do I convert these in order to download into Quicken for Mac? Stressing!!! I need help fast

  Is there a reason you're not connecting to UBS in Quicken for downloads directly into Quicken?
