Why are credit card payments (transfers) suddenly being included on the spending tab?

Recently, the spending tab has included my credit card payment which reduces my monthly spending and makes it seem like I hardly spend anything. This is a quicken transfer. Is there any way I can exclude transfers from spending?

    R31.8
I was hoping it was a bug and would be fixed in the next update. Unfortunately, it updated today and it was still the same.

I'm still on R30.21 and I am not able to reproduce the issue.

If you suspect it's a bug introduced in a recent update and you have access to an earlier Quicken installation program, I suggest you perform a clean uninstall, install while disconnected from the internet, and update to R30.1.  If you haven’t already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/using-qcleanui-uninstall-quicken  To update Quicken, I recommend you download and apply the R30.21 patch at: http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quickenpatches.html

To prevent Quicken from applying an update without your approval, I suggest you set Windows UAC settings appropriately (choose default or always notify).

Note: The current Quicken installation program installs R31 even when we're disconnected from the internet.
