My category List is not working properly

When I try to use specific dates, last year, etc my category list will only show October thru Dec 31.

Sorry, meant to say when I try to download my checking transactions they will not download properly. Whether I use specific from and to dates or last year I only get dates from oct thru dec 31, 2020. What can I do to correct this?0
