I don't see any way to track unpaid rent?

I have a tenant that pays $1150/Mo rent. Last month they made two payments of $300 each a total of $600. This left a balance of $550.. Now a new month of $1150 plus the past due of $550 which is now $1700 due. The rent center says $1150.
