I keep getting OL- 293-A error when attempting to update accounts with Banner Bank.

I have called quicken and they could not help. They said call Banner Bank and of course they said call Quicken. This has been an issue since about 1/6/2021. Anyone else with Banner Bank having this issue?

    I have tried all of these and no luck. If I deactivate and reactivate, it switches to web connect method of updating and messes up my account balances. If I then try to change to direct connect I get same error code.

    Thank you for the response, although I apologize that the trouble continues to persist.

    If the issue is not resolved after following the steps above, you will need to contact your financial institution to resolve this issue. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to correct the problem.

     This may require you to ask to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution. If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with the financial institution may be necessary.
